Compatible Only With EZ-Adjust Header System Top Mount Design Allows More Glass Exposure Available in Several Beautiful Finishes U.S. Patent 5297313 The CRL EZ-Adjust Prima Series of professional hinges is able to accommodate 5/16 to 3/8 inch (8 to 10 millimeter) tempered safety glass. They are made of solid brass with all moving parts (pins and springs) in stainless steel. Prima Hinges are self-centering, with four springs for maximum retention strength. Advantages of the EZ-Adjust Top Mount Prima Hinges include the fact that they can be adjusted horizontally (side-to-side) after installation into the EZ-Adjust Header System without any drilling or holes. The majority of the glass weight is carried on the bottom hinge, giving you the ability to inset from the wall, enabling clearance for towel bars and other projections. Optional 5 Degree Pivot Pin Set: Optional 5 Degree Pivot Pin Sets (Cat. No. P1VP1N) are available when you want to alter the closing position of the door by 5 Degree to accommodate "off-angle" installations. These Pivot Pins may be inserted prior to installation, or retrofitted after the installation is complete. Sold as a set of two, one for the top and one for the bottom. Not included with hinge purchase.
