The recipe starts with 6.6 lbs Amber LME, partnered with Cara Brown, Chocolate Barley, Coffee, Biscuit steeping grains. To spice things up we added cinnamon, allspice and a hint of ginger. Willamette hops provide a mild balance in bitterness and this ale is fermented with premium yeast. IBU's: 18-22, OG: 1.057-1.061, ABV%: 5.0%-6.0%, Color: Black, Difficulty: Easy.
